About
The complex, multi-generational workforce has caused engagement and retention issues for many companies. Studies show that employee turnover in the United States alone costs organizations 1 trillion dollars! According to Gallup, the cost of replacing an individual employee can range from one-half to two times their annual salary (conservatively). It requires a progressive plan to maximize the potential of each employee, while engaging all generations.
Are you receiving great performance from your employees in all generations, to help reach your company’s goals?
Our core competencies help to ensure everyone in your organization is on the same page, so you can benefit from age diversity.
